WARRANTY

DMD Helmets come with a manufacturer 5 year warranty.

We will ship out your order within 1 business day of receiving it.

RETURNS

Sabotage Inc. will accept the return of any helmet only within 7 days of delivery to you, except in the instance of a warranty issue. Any helmets purchased on sale can not be returned for a refund, only exchanged for another size of the same model and colour helmet, where available. This does not affect any warranty claims.

You must contact us before returning a product to us to obtain a Return Number.

Helmet returns will not be accepted if the helmet has been scratched or damaged in any way. If we believe that the shell of the helmet has been compromised in any way, we will not accept the return.

Helmet exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis, and are not approved until assessed by Sabotage Inc. and deemed resalable.

We recommend that if you are making a first time helmet purchase, that you arrange an appointment for a helmet fitting. If you are not able to do that, feel free to call us, we'd be happy to assist you over the phone.

Freight charges incurred in returning goods to us will be at your expense, with exception to faulty items, items returned under warranty, and items received as a result of our error. In these cases, a prepaid Australia Post postage label will be supplied.

Should we deem a returned item to not be resalable, we reserve the right to charge return postage costs.

Sabotage Inc. reserves the right not to accept the goods delivered and returned to the client at the expense of the latter.

Sabotage Inc. is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery.
